Charles Cox Property Management is pleased to announce that it has been appointed the new managing agent for Corsica Hall in Seaford. Corsica Hall is a Grade II Listed Manor House which was converted into flats in 2006.
Comprising of 26 flats, across two buildings, Corsica Hall sits on top of a small hill overlooking the sea and towards port. Given the harsh location of the building during the winter months preventive and proactive maintenance is a must.
With the help of the residents, retained surveyor and freeholder Corsica Hall will be kept and maintained to the highest standards, whilst ensuring economical use of the Service Charge funds.
Long term budgeting also forms a large part of the work that Charles Cox will be doing for Corsica Hall. Long term budgeting which will hopefully see then end to large one off payments for external works
