Property Manager

£30-35K Full Time

We are looking for experienced Property Managers looking to join a rapidly growing property company. Ideally, you will have AIPRM or equivalent experience with a good understanding of lease management, rules, regulations and obligations.W

We take pride in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their properties are well-maintained and managed. If you have experience in property management or are looking to develop your skills in this area, we would love to hear from you.

We can also support you through the IRPM qualification to help you improve your professional development, knowledge, and understanding of the key requirements of property management and the issues facing the sector today.

Accounts Administrator 

£22-25K Full Time

Our accounts team is responsible for managing the finances of all our properties. They handle a wide variety of financial activities from chasing arrears and outstanding payments, and corresponding with clients to managing property finances, reviewing financial information, data entry for new blocks, invoice management and reconciling bank transactions. If you have experience in block management accounts or are looking to develop your skills in this area, we would love to hear from you. 

Careers in accounts at Charles Cox, you give you the opportunity to complete various AAT qualifications and we will support you throughout.  There are also be opportunities to progress to Assistant Manager and Department Manager.

Property Development

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for property? Careers in property development may be just the right fit for you! At Charles Cox, we are involved in a range of property development projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale new-build developments. This is a role where you will be responsible for managing projects coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
