Stoneham Block Management is now part of the Charles Cox Property Group.
Both firms deal with the letting and management of residential property and offer a first-class range of professional services.
The Charles Cox Property Group is a member of The Property Institute (formally ARMA) and the Property Redress Scheme. The acquisition of Stoneham Block Management has expanded the Charles Cox Group’s portfolio in Brighton and Hove, and we are now sharing our expertise and knowledge with an extended client base, including landlords, tenants, private clients, developers, and investors.
How does this affect Karen Adams?
Karen Adams has become an Associate Director of the Charles Cox Group and is Head of Service Charge Accounts. This will ensure a smooth transition, and all clients can remain confident that we have their best interests at heart.
Matthew Cox, who heads up the group, said, ‘This is an exciting time for the Charles Cox Group as our staff settle into new Hove offices alongside this acquisition. We manage a large and extensive portfolio of residential properties and blocks in the city including some of the most recognised landmark Brighton properties. Opening offices in the city shows our commitment to Brighton & Hove and makes it easy for clients to reach us.’

If you own a property that was managed by Stoneham Block Management, then your property will be managed by our Brighton Property Managers, Lachlan Bedford-Cooper and Chris Wayman who are based in our Hove Office at 1 Wellington Road.
Whilst Karen will also be on hand both Property Managers also have a head of block management to consult with. Laura Moniz said ‘this is a really good chance for the Stoneham Block management client to have access to a much wider range of services and the back up of more staff – Karen can finally go on holiday.’
