Sussex Property Management Companies, Charles Cox and Cable Rock, announce company alignment to extend services to clients.
Cable Rock Ltd of Eastbourne has aligned its services with those of Charles Cox Ltd, Newhaven, to provide a broader range of property management services, including chartered surveying.
The two companies are working in synergy, and Cable Rock will remain based at their Eastbourne offices.
Cable Rock clients will continue to receive all of their services currently provided and have access to Charles Cox surveyors and a greater accounts department. Nathan Hayward and Richard Hunt continue at Cable Rock and will work closely with Matthew Cox, Managing Director of Charles Cox Property Management.
Matthew Cox said, “This is an exciting time for both companies, and we look forward to working with Nathan and Richard to provide their clients with enhanced in-house services.”
The newly expanded team at Charles Cox are hybrid working using the latest technology. This initiative is already proving beneficial for both the businesses and creating a good work/life balance for employees.
